As Superstar Assistant you will support the Principal Broker in achieving greater levels of success and growth. Your leadership on all administrative tasks will allow the Principal to focus on generating new business, growing the team, negotiating deals and staying in touch with past clientele.

Requirements:

• Have the ability to prioritize and be proactive
• A solution oriented person whose goal is to execute on all tasks given
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can manage relationships with a clients and vendors.
• Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields is preferred

Technical Requirements: Experienced with Microsoft Excel (Above Average), Word, Publisher, Gmail and Gmail Calendar, PowerPoint. Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly.
